Agile Project Workflow
We work closely with customers to put together project plans to effectively manage distributed development teams and keep everyone on the same page. These project plans are Agile and include sprints with timelines to ensure timely delivery.
* Development, Testing and Turnover are iterative sprint based processes.
Project Management Tools
We are big believers that customers should have complete access to project plans throughout the life cycle. At the same time, they should also have access to the code, test plans, and test results. This will enable them to ensure that standards are being followed and quality is maintained per their expectations.
